Stephanieverafter accepts both PayPal and most major credit cards. We accept card payments through Etsy's option known as 'direct checkout'.


CUSTOMS AND CUSTOM FEES

Items held in customs: Unfortunately it is out of our control, once your item has shipped, if it will be held in customs. It is the responsibility of the parcels recipient to investigate with their countries customs, the whereabouts of the parcel.


IMPORT DUTIES:

Import duties: Customs policies and import duties differ largely from country to country. Unfortunately, we will not know if items ordered by our customers will be subject to import duties, as they are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge, this must be paid for by you, the recipient of the parcel.

DISPATCH TIMES

All orders take 3-5 business days to dispatch, as each piece is hand made to order.

If we can dispatch items quicker than 3-5 days business days, we do!

SHIPPING

We provide worldwide shipping for all of our items. Please allow for a slightly longer delivery time, for international shipping.

We encourage all international customers to allow plenty of time for their item to arrive, especially if it is for a special occasion.

Postage and packing is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the size and weight of
your parcel.

TYPES OF SHIPPING WE OFFER:

STANDARD: with this service we are not provided with any tracking information, by our courier.
It is entirely the customers risk to order through standard delivery. If you feel you would like to track your item, we offer an upgraded tracked service at checkout and strongly advise you to upgrade.

FAST TRACK: With this service we are able to provide tracking information to MOST countries (excluding some)

For STANDARD delivery please allow up to and over 7 working days for all UK orders. This is on top of our production dispatch time of 3-5 business days.

For STANDARD INTERNATIONAL delivery please allow up to and over 14 working days for all international orders. This is on top of our production dispatch time of 3-5 business days.

For FAST TRACK UK delivery we offer a next day delivery service.

Please allow extra time for orders at busy postage periods, such as Christmas. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping at these periods.

EXTRA INFORMATION

We cannot be held accountable for parcels sent back to us, when the customer has provided the wrong address.
If we receive a parcel returned back in these circumstances, we will message you to alert you of this. However it is down to the customer to pay for the shipping for the item to be sent back out.

Please note if parcels are returned to us with a label saying 'not called for', this means a calling card would have been left for you from the courier, and that you have not collected it as instructed.
We cannot be held accountable for this. In these circumstances we will alert you that your parcel has been returned to us. However it is down to the customer to pay for the shipping for the item to be sent back out.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive dispatch notification from Stephanieverafter via Etsy, to update you that your parcel has now left our headquarters and is on it's way to you!

Our dispatch notifications do not inform of delivery dates and are not an indication that your parcel has now been delivered.

If you are worried you have not received a shipping email from Stephanieverafter, please check your junk mail. If a message does not show up there, please do not hesitate to email us via Etsy and we will send you all the necessary shipping information.

♥ GIFT CARDS ♥

Does a family member or friend have a birthday coming up? Or maybe you would just like to treat someone to an extra special gift. If so, our gift cards are perfect for you!

In order for you to better understand how our gift cards work, we have put together a little list of their terms and conditions.

♥ Gift certificates can be purchased to the value of £10.00, £20.00 and £30.00

♥ If you are worried that the recipient of the gift certificate will want to spend over the cards balance, then don’t be! If this is the case, I will simply issue them an invoice for the excess amount that they wish to spend.

♥ Gift cards are sent via post.

♥ Please note all gift cards are posted from the UK. If your gift card is being posted internationally and you are unsure of delivery times, please send me a message via Etsy and I will be happy to tell you. If you have any further queries please feel free to message me. I’m more always happy to help!

♥ Stephanieverafter gift certificates are only redeemable within our store.

♥ Gift cards are valid for 6 months, after date of purchase. Dates are non extendable.

♥ If your gift card expires with a remaining balance, please note we cannot issue you any form of a refund.

INFORMATION NEEDED AT TIME OF PURCHASE:

♥ Full name of the gift cards recipient.

♥ Postal address for delivery – please think carefully if you would like the gift card sent to your address, as the person purchasing it, or the recipients address.

♥ Gift cards are included in our normal postage policy : I cannot be held responsible, nor refund any items that are delayed or lost in transit. This being said, I will always endeavour to aid my customers in any way possible, with necessary postage information to help recover their item (s).

♥ Gift cards are non refundable.

♥ You will receive a message from Etsy confirming your order.

♥ Once the gift card has been sent, I will send you a shipping notification.

♥ Each gift card is issued with clear instructions informing the recipient how to use their card.
